"Still Soft After a Few Washes"
i mean, I’ve washed them a few times now and they’re still really soft. No shrinking, no weird fading, and they’ve held up better than I expected.

"Decent socks, but I expected better"
I really wanted to like these more. They look nice and felt soft when I first wore them, but for the price I was hoping they’d hold up a little better. They still fit okay after a few washes, but one pair is already starting to look worn out, which was disappointing. They’re not terrible by any means, just not as impressive as I thought they’d be. I’d maybe grab them again if they were on sale.

The ordering process was fine overall, I guess. Checkout went through without any real issues, but the pages were loading slowly, which made me pause a couple times like... did it work or not? The confirmation email also took a while to show up. Not a huge problem, but it just didn't feel super smooth.

I got these socks as a gift for my brother, and to my absolute shock, he genuinely loved them. The packaging was really nice and made the whole thing feel just a little more special without being over the top. it was such an easy gift win, perfect for birthdays, Christmas, or those moments when you’re desperately trying not to show up empty-handed.

I had to exchange a pair of socks because I accidentally picked the wrong size, it was a really smooth experience. I expected it to be a bit of a faff, but the process was simple and they got back to me quicker than I thought they would.

They told me exactly what to do, and the replacement pair arrived without any issues. Great service for something as small as socks, and I’d definitely order from them again.

Shipping was just... easy. The tracking worked like it was supposed to, and the socks showed up when they were meant to. No chasing anyone, no random delays, nothing annoying like that. Which, yeah, is basically all I wanted. Smooth overall.

My socks showed up quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I’m kind of picky about socks and somehow also don’t care that much, but these feel really comfy and look good too. Nothing fancy or dramatic, just a solid order. I’d probably buy from them again

The site looks nice overall, and I was able to find the socks I wanted without too much trouble. That said, it felt a bit slow on my phone, and a few pages took longer to load than I expected.
Checkout worked fine in the end, but the filters and general flow could definitely be smoother. It wasn’t a huge issue, just the kind of avoidable clunkiness that makes shopping take longer than it should. I’d probably use it again, but I hope they simplify things a bit...

"Nice colours, but felt a bit brushed off"
I was really pleased with the colour choice on London Sock Company. I wanted something that wasn’t too plain but also didn’t look too over the top, and there were plenty of options that felt easy to pick from.

The shades looked good on the site, and thankfully what turned up was close to the photos. I ordered a few brighter pairs and some darker ones for work, and overall they fit what I was after.

The only thing is, when I had a small question, I felt a bit dismissed rather than properly helped. I’d still probably buy again because the colours are much better than the usual boring socks, but that part did take the shine off a little
